Hot temps-fun shooting....
Irene, Jason, Terry, Joe, David, and Marty brought good shooting skills to the beautiful South Dakota prairie! After day-one, they realized it's more challenging than the blogs and articles say. Hunting stories that float around the gun range and watering holes are often embellished....I know, SHOCKER!
Irene and Jason....
Being successful at prairie dog hunting consistently requires using shooting skills that you may not have yet. Having a woman in the mix makes the men much more willing to try something new, otherwise the ride home will be terrifying due to the woman having outshot the man! That is a situation that will never be lived down. Women outshoot the men on day one, every time.
Terry and Joe....
Ask these guys about the value of being coachable. It's hard to break out of a routine that you've used your whole life because it has worked so well. Terry and Joe were a bit reluctant to change. They had much better success after they opened up on the idea that they could get better. They definitely went home better shooters because I taught them a few new tricks for shooting prairie dogs.
"Your pep talk really helped. We have been shooting that way for a lifetime. Change comes hard. We really benefitted from your tips. Thank you for being patient with us." Terry, FL
There's nobody on the planet that has spent more time in a prairie dog town guiding hunters than I have. That's a big deal. That's a huge value to hunters that book with me. If your friends are using you to pick the right guy, it's a no-brainer to choose me.
